  Scott helped me pick a starter Fuji MTB for my son. He spent the extra time to help walk us through the desired specifications and make sure the bike was a good fit. At my request, he also swapped tires for us for something with knobbier tread. Then he even threw in a free water bottle cage and water bottle. What great customer service! Thanks!

  Went in to find out about getting a new ebike. Knowledgeable and helpful owner. Does rebuilds, customs bikes, and new sales.
  
  Hopefully, will sell you a bike at a good price. Not a customer yet, but probably soon and then we'll see how customer service is after the purchase and whether you can depend on it.
