  So I am sitting in the "waiting area" as I write this. No acknowledgement from the young lady who has two people at her desk. The gentleman next to m keeps sighing from frustration. Waiting ten minutes with no acknowledgment from staff is uncalled for. This wouldn't be so bad if the last time I called I was told I would get a call back. Never received a call back therefore I am sitting here wanting to make my payment to the brokers who dont want to provide customer service. Last month I called three days in a row.with no answer. Come to office.where sign says open but doors are locked. Month before that a lot of the same. We pay you to be our broker yet we have been treated as if our money doesn't matter. Need to improve customer service.
