  Roaches, even though they spray for them. Drains always clog due to years of sludge built up. No parking at all...NONE. Be prepared to walk a half mile or more for parking. Neighbors with stupidly loud children that scream at the top of their lungs pretty much all day. Neighborhood is getting more and more dangerous. Only thing we liked was the floor plan for the apartment. Other than that, they truly need to work on multiple things to improve this place.

  Signed a lease at a good price. I had read the reviews prior to moving in. They are all TRUE my car was vandalized 3 times before it was stolen not counting all the cockroaches 4 different breeds. I had never experienced this kind of living in an apartment.....PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE!!!!
