  Rented helium tanks for an event and the vendor failed to include the pieces that actually fill up the balloons. Based on the website, my order should've of included these pieces. I was told by the vendor that I needed to ask for these, even though it is clearly stated online that they are included. Vendor would not issue a refund for their failure to provide the service in which I paid for.
