  My flowers were beyond disappointing. I was up at 1:00AM on my wedding night crying my eyes out. I spent a whole year planning and I couldn't wait to see them. They were the key element to bringing color and texture to our images. But they were a sloppy mess of mostly eucalyptus leaves and hardly any color. My bouquet looked like a houseplant with a couple flowers stuck in it. Horrible. One of the worst bouquets I've seen after shooting over 140 weddings, if not THE worst. It looked ridiculous in the video with all the eucalyptus bouncing all over the place. My bridesmaids' flowers were awful too but I could have lived with that. I have nothing but regret and I couldn't throw them away fast enough.
  
  I'm completely heartbroken and I'm going to hate the final photos and have to live with my bad decision for the rest of my life. Absolutely 100% crushed that we spent over $2,200 for awful flowers. I feel like the photos I sent weren't even reviewed when the arrangements were made. I don't know why my money wasn't good enough to deliver on what I asked for. Melanie offered to refund me the $218 for my bridal bouquet, but the whole order was a complete miss and the emotional pain extends far beyond $218. Frankly, it's insulting.
  
  I know I'm going to cry all over again when we get our photos. I contacted no fewer than 20 florists on Wedding Wire and Yelp, and we chose Melanie even though she was one of the most expensive because I was confident that she could deliver on our vision. Now my stomach turns every time I think about the mistake I made. This has been completely devastating and I will regret it for the rest of my life.
