  Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet could be a little better, but not terrible. Very close walking distance from Disneyland and the gift shop sells a lot of the same merchandise as Disneyland for a lot less. I suggest getting a bus transit pass. One of the bus stops that drops off at Disneyland picks up right out in front the hotel. Hotel is close enough to walk, but we found that after walking around Disney all day, it was nice to kick back on the bus on the way back.

  Check in a breeze, pool party noise is awful. They were so kind and polite at check in. Room was clean and ready for us. The yelling and screaming at the pool at night, however, is untenable. It's so loud in our room I feel like I'm poolside. I called down at 8pm and they told me there really isn't anything they can do because it's not their quiet hours. DO NOT get a room that is inside facing/over looking the pool. The noise is reflective off the building too; makes it even louder than necessary. I would give this place a 4* but noise is a big factor as I rent a hotel room to SLEEP.
  
  They also have a "concierge" desk that is nothing more than an individual attempting to sign you up for a timeshare presentation with another local venue. After signing up to see the presentation (signed agreement) she added in a charge for "deposit". Actually wrote in things after signing the agreement. Cancelled that real quick.
