  Paid full price to be taken to Univeral Studios from a hotel in Anaheim, we were given a 8:30 pick up time & told to be in front of our hotel 10 minutes early. The shuttle was 15 minutes late and then went to pick up at another hotel. Then brought us to another hotel where we were told to exit that shuttle and get on a different shuttle. All of this happening when the park has already opened. We then started driving to Universal, which is atleast an hour away. Why wouldn't the shuttle service pick up so that we would be at the park when it opened? We paid full price for Universal Studios & the shuttle service! So far, horrible experience!!!!!

  Very disappointed in the tour, when the van showed up in the morning it was 20 minutes late, and was not designed for tours at all, it had very small windows so we were not able to take any good pictures, and the PA system was a joke.. The Company might have some better vehicles in their fleet but buyer beware and check and see what sort of vehicle they intend to use. Also beware if you driver takes you to Venice beach some of the beggers/ rap artists selling their stuff get very aggressive and threatening
