  We love our new kitchen, but we experienced too much anger and frustration to get to this point. Customer service needs great improvement.
  Steve, the salesperson, was professional most of the time, but made me think he was shady a couple of times. Pay attention to all details! Jose, the cabinet installer was rude, argumentative, and disrespectful. Others were good to have around. Jose(a different guy), the backsplash installer, was a pleasure to have working in our kitchen. Marcos and Cameron were also great workers. So much to say but I'll just make a suggestion - don't settle for "good enough" because they will try to get away with it if you let them. As much as I love my kitchen, I will not be recommending them to anyone.
