  Lars was introduced to me by my son-in-law. My son-in-law spoke very highly of him. My son-in-law told me of all the things Lars and Chris (his other Agent) did that was above and beyond his expectations. My daughter and my son-in-law purchased the home that was on the top of their list because Lars and Chris helped make that happen. So, I decided to put my trust in them as well when I needed to sell and buy a new home. Lars and Chris orchestrated the sale of my home to perfection. Realistically, due to the market conditions in my area I wasn't expecting to get offers right away. But Lars and Chris used their expertise to help promote my home in the best possible way and the results speak for themselves. Within a week of putting my home up on the market, we started to get interest and received an offer soon after for the amount I wanted to get for the home!
  They also were with me step by step through the whole process of going through escrow. I was confident that I was well taken care of. What I loved about them was that they were never pushy. I felt that they had my best interest in mind. They were very knowledgeable and smart. They definitely know the best. To no surprise, we were able to find the perfect house that met everything I asked for in a short amount of time. I think about them every time I enjoy my new home. They were the best.
  I highly recommend them if you are looking to sell and /or purchase a home.
