  Update---Management called to discuss my on-line review which I find to be a good practice. They assured me that the dog urine problem is being work as best they can with new plantings and plants dogs do not like which will help. There was a miscommunication over rent increases and I accept the explanation given. Although I still disagree with the towing of cars, I understand the policy and they were accommodating in helping with some of the cost, not all of so it still a painful learning experience! If you live there, stay out of the visitor parking no matter how long it is! Construction is out of their control. So overall, I am pleased they called to explain their side and I am happy with the responses I received.
  
  Unbelievable! This place is raising the rent 200 bucks AND there is contruction on 3 sides dust on everything, every outside door smells like dog piss and the office could care less. They are now towing customers cars for parking in visitor parking even if only for a couple hours. Completely screwed up. Stay away from this place, it will be a one year lease from hell for you!
