  The receptionist were engaged in a conversation and I was not acknowledged until they were finished with their entire conversation. Wait time was also a half hour even though I had an appointment. Four people that arrived after me were called in before I was. Not really sure how the system works but it didn't quite make sense to me. I will say that once I was called they were extremely quick and effective.
