  I bought a bike here for my daughter. They had it shipped from the other store, and said they would call me when it arrived. Well, it took twice as long as they said and I never got a call. I had to go there on a whim hoping it was there and it was....but they had to put it together. The entire experience they acted like they were doing me a favor by selling me something.
  
  Despite this I went there to buy another bike for my other daughter. I was there almost 15 minutes and...crickets. Not one person came to help or even acknowledged my existence. Im done with this place.

  I live in NY and all my LBS were closed so I called rock n road and ask about my bikes rim being tubeless. The person I spoke to went and found my bike in the shop took the tire off and explain to me that they are indeed tubeless. I can't believe the amazing level of customer service.
