  When I walked in, the employees were having a hard customer service issue.
  We were patient, but when it was our turn, it took forever.
  Brought in two packages pre-packed and it felt unbelievably awkward and slow.
  "Does that make you happy?" Every couple minutes was very odd to hear.
  Then I understood why the customer before me took everything they had packed, pulled it all apart and left.
  I left much older than I had walked in.

  One of my favorite UPS locations. The person in charge is super friendly person. Other associates are helpful as well. Keep up your good work and friendly service :)
