  Great gym. Lots of floor space and good rigs. Fun people to fitness with and improve. They have more than enough equipment for the classes.
  The coaches actually make the adaptations you need, which is increasingly rare,, soon't worry about feeling safe with the movements.
  Check em out if you're in the area.
